Privacy Policy

Who we are
Training Space (app.training-spaces.com) is a fitness training app operated by Michael Dorricott. Questions or requests about your data: email michael@training-spaces.com.
What we collect
Your account details (email, name, password held by our authentication provider); your profile (sex, age, height, timezone); and the fitness data you log — workouts, lifts, cardio, walks, food, weight, body composition, weekly check-ins, and any progress photos you choose to upload. If you arrived through a member’s invite link, we record who invited you. If you make a purchase, payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To run the product: computing your TS Score and rankings, tracking your training blocks, powering your coach’s review of your check-ins, and sending you the service emails and reminders you’ve opted into. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads in the app.
What other members see
The leaderboard shows your first name, profile photo, scores, and ranking to other signed-in members, plus who invited you (your “family”). You can hide yourself from the leaderboard any time with the privacy toggle on your Today page — private members’ names are never shown on other people’s pages. Raw logged data (your food, weights, photos, check-in notes) is never visible to other members; progress photos are private to you and your coach.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember an invite link you clicked (about 30 days, so your inviter gets credit), and for Cloudflare’s bot check on signup. No third-party advertising cookies.
Who processes data for us
Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (signup bot protection), Sentry (error monitoring), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payments, if you buy something). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your logged entries in the app, hide yourself from the leaderboard, and unsubscribe from reminders. To export or permanently delete your account and data, email michael@training-spaces.com and we’ll handle it promptly.
Age
Training Space is for adults and teens 13 and up with a guardian’s consent; it is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the effective date here and note it in the app.
