Terms of Service

The service
Training Space is a fitness training and scoring app operated by Michael Dorricott. Access is currently invite-only and free for founding members; paid coaching programs are offered separately with their own pricing shown at purchase.
Not medical advice
Training Space provides fitness programming and tracking, not medical care. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, and stop and seek medical help if something feels wrong. You train at your own risk and are responsible for using appropriate weights, equipment, and judgment.
Your account and conduct
Keep your login credentials to yourself and log honest numbers — scores and leaderboards only mean something if the data is real. Don’t attempt to game rankings, probe or disrupt the service, or use another member’s account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or other members.
Your data and content
You own the data and photos you log. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display them to run the service (for example, computing your TS Score and showing your ranking to other members, per the Privacy Policy). Results shown in the app — scores, rankings, projections — are estimates for motivation and coaching, and individual results vary.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is,” and features may change, pause, or end as the product evolves. We work to keep your data safe and the service up, but we can’t promise uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Leaving
You can stop using Training Space at any time and request deletion of your account and data by emailing michael@training-spaces.com.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we’ll update the effective date here and note it in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
